| Description |
This advanced embedded solution is a single board computer featuring the Dual-Core AMD® Opteron™ Processor and the third-generation AMD Shanghia Opteron Quad-Core processor. The high performance board utilizes the Socket F (1207) processor socket.
An optional daughter card can be linked to the base board through HyperTransport™ technology. This enables support for a second processor or additional memory.
The AMD Opteron™ Processor provides industry-leading performance-per-watt and outstanding virtualization capabilities when used with supporting software. The WIN Enterprises MB-06058 is designed for intense parallel processing applications, such as aerospace, defense, scientific, medical imaging, and ultra-low latency communications. |
