WIN Enterprises introduces the PL-80550, a fanless, small form factor as a general networking computer system. The unit features the Intel® Atom D2550 processor with either 4 or 6 GbE LAN ports with bypass function. The Intel processor is high performance, low-power consuming at 10W. The D2550 provides 1.86 GHz performance with dual-core design; and is partnered with the Intel® ICH10R I/O controller.

PL-80550 provides a small footprint in a rugged aluminum chassis with rich I/O to support a number of application areas. System I/O includes 2x USB 2.0, and RJ-45 console port plus LED indicators to monitor power and storage activities for local system management, maintenance and diagnostics. The PL-80550 supports one mini-card socket. To further enhance its network security performance, the unit offers an optional onboard Cavium Nitrox Lite CN505 that provides hardware-level cryptographic acceleration. The unit is RoHS, FCC and CE compliant.
